BIOS:

Joe is a computer engineer with a long history of high performance silicon development in the storage networking space. As a hobby (that is way out of control) Joe has been developing various software decoders for the last 10 years. Most of these decoders have been focused on various data/voice services from such L-Band satellites as Inmarsat and other un-named commercial Ku birds.
