At this months meetup we will have Mike Sweet from Texas Republic Bank talking about what is needed to qualify for investments loans, how to structure a portfolio, different options that they have and how they have a product that works much like hard money but at a fraction of the cost!! The meetings are interactive and all your questions are welcome. We are very casual, this is a social networking group and no one will be there trying to sell you anything.
