Evolution of Agile Process: Breaking the Rules to Fit Your Organization

Join us as Ashley Morgan, Digital Project Manager for O3 World (www.o3world.com), describes the project management process at O3 World, a digital product design and development agency located in Fishtown. In this talk, we’ll discuss how O3 landed on its current project management process and how they’ve continued to iterate and improve it over time. Most importantly, Ashley will discuss how they’ve used this framework at O3 to build ongoing relationships. She'll take an in-depth look at how they use this as a foundation for all projects, but then modify it to fit each client and their individual need. Attendees will learn about the tactics they can implement in their own processes and how they should remain flexible enough to be able to adapt to multiple projects and processes.

In this talk, we aim to provide the listener with real-world examples and tools for you to apply to your own projects. In particular, we’ll cover the following topics:

• The O3 Process (here we’ll get into the meat of the process and share specific tactics you can take to work with you)
• Comparison of application for different projects
