Guac Off 2017

The Guac Off is a guacamole tasting extravaganza and fundraiser for those 21 and up. Contestants enter their secret recipes and you get to be the judge of the best (or worst) Guac in Sac!

Winning guacs will be rewarded and happily praised on our Facebook and Twitter pages. This year we are also partnering with NorCal's Finest Brewfest 2017 to host the event, and we will be donating 100% of our proceeds to the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children, and the Cottage Way Day Care Advisory Board (please see below for organization description.) We will have music, a full bar, and raffle prizes throughout the night, as well as sit and go beer bong games! Schedule of events:

4:00 - All guacs must arrive on site - bar open as well VIP ticket holder beer pong games.

5:00 - Let's Guac Off! Opening Ceremony - rules for judges

5:15 - 6:15 - Tasting & Judging

7:00 - Winners (and loser) announced!

There is no cost to participate as a competitor or to enter your guac, however we strongly encourage any donation to help cover our costs. Please bring cash for all raffle tickets and beer pong games. All proceeds will happily go to the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children and the CWDAC Board.

How to Enter Your Guac:
If you would like to enter your guac for the contest, please e-mail us at: guacoffsac@gmail.com. Once you send your request to enter your guac, we will send specific instructions and contestant rules.
Please feel free to share this event with your family and friends through social media via the links above. This is an event those 21 and up only. Immediately after the event - Nor Cal Brewfest will be opening door for their casino night which includes black jack and poker tables. The adjacent room will feature 14 local breweries. See links below for ticket sales. This will be a very exciting event this year, so come hungry, come thirsty and be ready to judge some great (and at times, not so great) guacs!
