Security 101: Intro to Capture the Flag Hackathons

Perhaps you've heard how popular our monthly Capture The Flag Hackathon has become - but you're not sure where to get started. Well...get started here! Come with willingness to learn and get prepped and ready-to-roll at our monthly CTF.

The more you master your own computer the better you can control others, or at least keep yourself protected. In this class we’ll begin to understand the basic format of a command line inputs and begin to use SSH, the backbone of CLI based secure communication.

What you should bring:

• A computer (any operating system is fine)

• For Windows, please download PuTTY ahead of time ( http://www.putty.org/ )
