We have a new scheduled meetup on November 6th, this time in DTC at Venture X in Greenwood Village. Parking is available for $8 in their parking garage.

For this meeting, we'll kick things off with quick introductions, followed by a group ice breaker exercise, and then a round table discussion on several topics. Please send your suggested discussion topics to dave.wilkerson.13@gmail.com by October 30th so we can include them in the agenda. Your input will help make the discussion more relevant and engaging for everyone, and we're hoping to have some subject matter experts on hand to help facilitate. We may also have a surprise presentation on Integrations—stay tuned as we work out the details!
Thank you to everyone who responded to the recent survey! We’re committed to incorporating your feedback in future meetings. Here’s a summary of the survey’s answers:
· Meetup Frequency: The majority (68.4%) prefer Dev Meetups every three months.
· Best Areas: Top choices are Denver (Downtown) at 63.2%, DTC at 57.9%, and South Denver (Centennial/Highlands Ranch) at 57.9%.
· Preferred Start Time: 5:00 pm is preferred by 44.4%, with 4:30 pm as a distant second at 22.2%.
· Meeting Types: “Presentations and Panels” are favored by 94.7%, and “Round table discussions” by 89.5%. “Live Demos” also received strong support at 78.9%.
· Topics to Cover: Most requested are “New platform features” (94.4%), “AI/NowAssist” (72.2%), and “Integrations” (66.7%).
· Food and Drink: Attendees requested snacks, with Chipotle or wings added to the food roster. Water is the most requested drink (88.2%), followed by soft drinks and beer.
· Thoughts and Suggestions: Introductions (including expertise, interests, and desired learning topics), icebreaker games, better parking and directions, more guest speakers, and varied discussion/presentation formats.
