About us
This group is a resource for building genuine connections for all who work in tech and are looking to meet new professional contacts and make new friends!
We aim to host in-person networking meetups every other month in a friendly setting that encourages conversation over drinks. We invite, and have had folks from all over tech (e.g., software, sales, marketing, product, consulting, etc.) come to events and have a good mix of regular attendees and fresh faces. You should join if you're looking to socialize with other motivated tech professionals in a low pressure casual environment.
We are very much a community driven group and sincerely welcome any event ideas, themes, locations, etc. We have had and are also always open to discussing sponsorship for any events where you/your company would have a chance to highlight yourself and help support the Colorado tech community. Tech Networking Happy Hour March Meetup!
Schoolyard Beer Garden, 1115 Alcoma Street, Denver, CO, USWe're getting together over at Schoolyard Beer Garden (Civic Center area) on Wednesday, March 11th at 5pm! Happy Hour at Schoolyard is from 5-6pm but the event will go until ~8pm. We’ll either be setup outside in a reserved area or in a reserved room inside depending on the weather, so please be on the lookout for an announcement as the event gets closer. There will be signage directing people as well.
For this event, we’re excited to partner with Creative Alignments, a local recruiting company focused on Tech, CPG, and Climate/Sustainability roles who is kindly sponsoring. These events obviously aren’t exclusively for job-seekers though we know a lot of people get out to events like this when they’re actively or passively looking. Please check out some of the open roles Creative Alignments is placing candidates for in the link below. Also, be sure to chat with Mike and/or Sydney on your way into the event. They're really interested in chatting with job seekers, people who are hiring, and people who know people who are hiring. As the group’s name implies, we're open to any/all folks who work in tech (e.g., software, product, sales, data, etc.) or tech adjacent fields who are looking to make new professional connections and friends. Please RSVP if you plan on attending (even if you’re a “regular”) as it helps promote the group.
