The monthly WordPress Developers meetup has moved to Galvanize!

We have officially moved the WordPress Developers meetup to the Galvanize Platte Campus! We would like to thanks our gracious host and sponsor, Galvanize (http://www.galvanize.com/denver-platte), for providing this space for us to hold our meetup.

The venue is located on Platte between 16th, and 17th. If you are driving, you should be able to get some street parking, or there is a public garage next door that you can park at for about $5.

• 6:10 - 6:20: General Meetup Updates & Speaker Introduction

• 6:20 - 7:45: Presentation

Workshop: Building Single Page Apps with React, GraphQL, and WordPress

GraphQL is an application query language that allows data to be accessed from an application as if it were a Graph of data. In this workshop, we'll look at what GraphQL is, how it works with WordPress and how to build a basic Single Page App using React, consuming data from WordPress via GraphQL.

About Our Presenter

Jason Bahl is a Senior WordPress Engineer at Digital First Media in Denver where he works on large publishing sites such as DenverPost.com and TwinCities.com. He's been developing for the web for 15 years and has been working with WordPress full-time for 8 years.
