We invest, educate, and network with other investors interested in learning how to buy pools of distressed assets on residential and commercial properties direct from banks and hedge funds. We actively buy in most major markets for our own portfolio and we have a network of seasoned investors looking to support and build teams of interested note buyers in local markets.

This group was originally founded by Scott Carson, Note Educator of the Year and Founder / CEO of WeCloseNotes.com. Scott Carson is also a featured speaker and educator at dozen's of investment clubs and real estate workshops across the country. In order to provide direct local support, Scott Carson has allowed Second Chance Property Investments LLC to assume ownership of this Detroit based group. Second Chance Property Investments LLC is a Detroit based Note investment company lead by Scott Van Kampen and Dennis Dohterty.

This Meetup's purpose is to bring together interested note buyers in local markets to support and build teams of like-minded investors to help you find, fund, and flip your deals.
