Netflix's head of HR Patty McCord is often credited with re-inventing HR. Netflix has a widely published document about their culture, and their strategy for how to grow an effective team using "radical freedom."

We will spend a lunch hour reviewing their guidelines, and discussing them in light of our own experiences, especially in growing startups.
