It's Almost Here! Disruptive Technologists in NYC is Monday June 10th at our additional new venue: AT&T AdWorks Lab, 19th Floor on the upper West Side. Our next event is: Finding, Delving and Keeping your Entrepreneurial Passion. Announcing our Panelists including a professor, an entrepreneur and a corporate lawyer. We're very excited! There are huge screens as well as killer high tech equipment so we can have a fun Disruptive Meetup! The place is smaller, so tickets will be limited.

- Corporate Partner Lori S. Hoberman, Chadbourne & Parke
Lori spearheads the Emerging Company/Venture Capital and focuses on venture capital, private equity and general counseling for emerging as well as later stage and publicly traded companies. Among the many successful New York startups she has counseled are Right Media, Perceptive Pixel and Mojiva. She represents clients in a wide range of industries, including biotech, digital media, energy/cleantech, retail, software, internet and technology, telecommunications and transportation.
- Josh Shabtai, Creator of Lazer Tag and co-founder of lm/nl.
Josh is a game designer, interactive marketing pioneer and sci-fi geek. Lm/nl partnered with Hasbro in 2012 to create Lazer Tag: AR, a hybrid toy blaster/iOS application and the world’s first real-life first person shooter. Earlier, the company created Star Wars Arcade: Falcon Gunner, the first AR Star Wars game. In 2012, Josh took home a Cannes Gold Lion and Gold Clio for Band-Aid Magic Vision: Starring the Muppets, which transformed everyday bandages into media experiences for parents and kids to share.
- Professor Lynn Rogoff, NY Institute of Technology.
Lynn has been in the forefront of the confluence of art, technology, communications and business with ground-breaking multimedia content. She founded the AMERIKIDS USA (http://amerikids.com/) Company receiving a grant from ORACLE Corporation to produce a prototype of her interactive series. She oversaw the building of an interdisciplinary team model for art, technology, business and communications with Green Kids Media which won the People’s Choice Award at the NY State Business Competition.
