About us
Class will be ~1 hour. We'll cover meditation, mindfulness, and some different techniques to applying them to daily life. Whether you're totally new or if you've meditated for years, all levels are welcome. I will be teaching the basics of single-pointed & chakra meditation, the class is free, just bring your mind ready to meditate!
