Any other Drawdown and Education / Awareness initiatives that may be done locally... the floor is open to your ideas!
such as: ○ Creating a "Newsletter" for Drawdown Markham
○ Mapping (local) "Sacred Sites" and "Watershed Mapping"
We do not charge a fixed fee, but ask that attendees donate a small amount to help cover the cost of hosting this Meetup group (and build a small fund to help develop a presence in Markham and implement future Drawdown projects locally). Pay what you can.
Please also note that no food or drinks are allowed at this location.
note: We are still seeking a permanent and publicly accessible venue that allows people to bring food and drinks.*
- We may arrange future events to be potluck-style.
