Cooperation or generic research and innovation? What are the hidden, intangible aspects of your business model, business process or your value proposition? How can we sell it and get money out of it?
Here we build disruptive business and engagement models and strategies, set rules, question legacy rules and market habits.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an Open Source problem-solving methodology and an amazing tool to improve communication focused on creating innovative solutions, to enhance team performance, to set goals and to design business strategy.
Using the power of storytelling and creating metaphors, you can tackle wicked problems in teams, with the participation of everyone in the room and with agreed team decisions.
During this 2h workshop for 20 people, we will take profit of this powerful methodology to generate ideas to solve a challenge related with video streaming platforms.
The host for this event will be Annertech and Ricardo Flores Galán, UX Design Lead at Annertech, will be there to assist during the event.
