Let's hike to Horsetooth Falls followed by dinner at the Horsetooth Tavern!

Hey guys!
The wind was pretty fierce recently, so we had to cancel the hike. We'll try again for this coming Thursday. Weather is supposed to be pretty warm for March with temperatures expected in the 80's!
C'mon out and burn off those Turkey Legs and Christmas Cookies from the last few months with this fun hike up up to Horsetooth Falls. Horsetooth Falls is the only falls in Horsetooth Mountain Open Space and is a cascading waterfall that descends off a sheer rock face.
Lets plan to meet the trail map kiosk at 5 and leave shortly after. Please plan to hike at a moderate pace along the 4 miles round trip hike gaining 700 feet in elevation gain. We will head to the Horsetooth Tavern for dinner post hike.

Summer Vibes Bike Rally (and Run)

The Summer Vibes Bike Rally & Run Fest brings together the coolest, most unique running and riding events in Colorado. But the adventures are only half the fun! The festival vibes with a big concert, lounge pools and saunas, creek chillin’, camping, and games.
The festival is the sister event of the Old Man Winter Rally, produced in early February at the same venue. It also combine elements of the Burning Can Festival @ the Lyons Outdoor Games that took place in Lyons, prior to the pandemic. It’s a production of AF Events, one the country’s top active lifestyle event producers. There are several bike, run, and run/bike events. FYI. I'm doing the 100k ride. If anybody wants to join me, we can coordinate training rides, carpools, etc. as the event gets closer.

I've done this a couple of times. It's LOTS of fun! Very well supported too. The race/ride/rally is on Sunday 7/19, but there's a whole weekend's worth of activities (party, breakfast, expo, social rides, etc). Distances from 12 to 118(!) miles. I'm registered for the 60.
