What we're about

We are a friendly group that meets regularly at several different locations in the east Phoenix area to practice and learn about meditation. We would love for you to come and check us out. If you are new and curious about meditation or are an advanced practitioner it does not matter, you are warmly invited. Cushions and chairs are provided and we will never ask anything of you. Wednesday Night Meditation Group

The "Wednesday Evening Meditation Group" has been meeting for over eight years. Everyone is welcome, the group is always a nice mix of new and experienced meditators. This meditation gathering will involve sitting meditation, instruction, and discussion and is facilitated by Shane Wilson (I.O.B.M. Buddhist Minister) Chairs as well as cushions are available. We look forward to seeing you! This is a free gathering. Donations are appreciated.

NMNL - "No Mud, No Lotus" Buddhist Discussion Group

"No Mud, No Lotus" is a group of dedicated practitioners who meet every other week to discuss various aspects of the dharma. Each gathering there is a reading discussed and members update the group on how their practice is going. This group is accepting new members.
