Titus has a passion for technology & innovation. Companies Richard has cofounded and led include Razorfish, Schematic & Videoplaza. His last startup, Prompt.ly, was co-founded in 2013 and sold in 2016 to Breezeworks, his fifth exit in a row. He and partner Marissa Kim co-founded ARK in 2017 focussed on advising companies on the blockchain, business strategy and tokenization. Richard is an experienced Blockchain investor and is an active advisor whose completed token sales include AdEx, Blockchain Terminal, PILLAR, HIVE PROJECT, LOCI, PO.ET & SCIENCE. Current ICO’s include 22X, Menlo One, MetaCert, OMEGA ONE and GUARDIAN CIRCLE. Until February 2017, Richard led customer experience for Samsung Electronics (CE / Visual Display division). While there he was the group leader for the global user experience & design teams in addition to US-based product planning & new product development functions for all Consumer Electronics. Richard previously held senior leadership roles at the British Broadcasting Corporation (Future Media Controller) where he launched iPlayer and the BBC mobile service and subsequently served as CEO of Associated Northcliffe Digital the digital holding company of DMGT (the Daily Mail). Richard currently lives in San Francisco with his two children. Christina Gagnier Christina Gagnier leads the Internet, Intellectual Property & Technology practice at Gagnier Margossian LLP, with a specialization in information privacy, blockchain technology, international regulatory affairs and technology transactions. Gagnier has served as a member of the Federal Communication Commission’s Consumer Advisory Committee and California Attorney General Kamala Harris’ Cyber-Exploitation Task Force. Christina has been a subject matter expert on Cyber Exploitation to California's Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST). In addition to her practice, Gagnier is Adjunct Faculty at the University of California at Irvine School of Law, teaching privacy law and serving as clinical faculty for the Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic. Patrick Baron Patrick Baron is President of Ambisafe, a blockchain software company founded in 2015 with more than 115 employees globally.
