**UPDATE: 5/17 - It looks like there are still about 10 people who have registered but who have not filled out the Google Form: http://goo.gl/forms/EqeZ4vQobG
I'll be cutting off registrations around noon on Tuesday. Please fill out the form if you want to attend. Thanks!

**UPDATE: 4/28 - 16 people have confirmed their attendance, but only 4 have filled out the form. If you show up without filling out the form the kind folks at the door will ask you for $999.00. If you have an extra grand laying around, please contact me directly. I could use it :-) Otherwise, if you're interested in attending, fill out the form. **

Over and over again those of us in EdTech hear about (and see!) the struggles of EdTech companies who struggle to reach sustainable revenues. The procurement process is impossible, proving impact is challenging, and reaching sustainable revenue levels is a long road. On top of this there are not a lot of rich learning and mentoring opportunities outside of incubators and accelerators. There are literally hundreds of thousands of potential revenue models EdTech companies could be exploring. And there are hundreds of C-level founders outside of education we can be learning from.

This event is the opportunity to learn from, connect with, and see behind the scenes demos of the business models and revenue model innovations that are taking place across industries from other founders and execs. This is a special opportunity for members of this group to attend the two day Subscribed Conference in San Francisco on May 20th and 21st. There are two tracks at the conference that our members are specifically invited to:

(1)Transforming Your Business Model and
(2) Subscriber Acquisition
(see here for more: https://www.zuora.com/subscribed/agenda/).

Other edupreneurs who will be in attendance include the likes of Lynda.com, Rosetta Stone, Mcgraw Hill and others.

This is a special (and very generous!) opportunity that is part of a community involvement initiative by the sponsoring company specifically for members of this group. If you follow the link, you will notice that the price to attend is between $699-$999. However, for members of Silicon Valley EdTech Meetup those costs can be waved (if more than one person from your company would like to attend, email me directly). This conference will be a great learning, networking and development opportunity. For those of you who would like to attend, please fill out this form, and I will get you signed up:

(P.s. This is not an offer being made to the public writ large. So please be respectful of the generosity of the sponsor.)
