Dr Matthew Smith is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University, where he teaches psychological research methods, and contributes to the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (only the second course of its kind in the UK). After nearly twenty years he’s revisiting the psychology of luck (the topic of his PhD 15 years ago with Richard Wiseman).
