Buffet
This warm, relaxed restaurant prepares distinctively North African & Moroccan cuisine. This is the dinner buffet menu offered exclusively for ECCAO with complimentary Moroccan tea.
-Appetizers: Hareera soup, variety of salads and signature bread
-Main course: Lamb, chicken, beef (kafta), mergaz, Morrocan veggies, couscous, rice
-Desserts: Date squares, baklava, cake, rice pudding
*Cooked vegetables & soup, rice, couscous salads have no animal substitutes

Post Dinner Activities
At 4:30 pm, weather dependent, once done eating, we may go to lake Leamy park (nearby) to spend sometime on the beach, play board games, volleyball and have a walk to digest! Bring your chair and favorite board games.
