What we're about

I have been a physician for more than 30 years, and have been amazed at the importance of mind and spirit in maintaining and restoring health. I have personally experienced improved health, a more positive life view, and spiritual growth through this practice. I have no doubt that Love is a powerful healing tool. Now I want to share this experience with others.

In our online sessions, we begin with body tapping and energy meridian exercises. Sometimes we do moving meditation or static postures for energy accumulation and circulation.Sometimes we do guided visualization or breath work. Every session is a little different, but you will find that you feel relaxed, energized, positive, and more loving afterward!

If you believe in the connection of mind and body, and you want to improve your own health, or that of someone you love, this may be for you. If you have wished you could improve your attitude and help others, this may be for you. If you want to expand your spiritual awareness, feel more loving, more energized and less stressed, this may be for you. You don't need to be athletic or flexible to join.

Would you like to participate more actively in healing yourself, healing others, and creating a more peaceful and harmonious society, a more just and sustainable world? This is your opportunity to make a fresh start with like-minded others.

Please log on 10 minutes before your first class to go over some basics. Class will be locked 15 minutes after start time to minimize distraction for the participants.
