Outdoor Football @ Braywick
Details £45.00 for the pitch, divided by the number of players. We book the pitch when we hit the minimum of 8 "yes" RSVPs, which we need to do by the day before. The maximum number of players is 12 (i.e. 6-a-side). If the game is ever cancelled we will let those who have already RSVPd "yes" know. This event is open to all levels. Friendly group, with different players each week. Newcomers welcome. DON'T BE LATE! We need to be there, changed and ready for kick-off at 9:00 PM. TO FIND THE PITCH: Come in through the main entrance of Braywick Sports Ground, off Braywick Road. Take a left when the road immediately forks and you will quickly see the pitches on your right, with parking spaces opposite. PLEASE BRING: • Suitable shoes for the outdoor 3G pitches • Some money, collected at the end (or if you prefer to pay by Paypal after the game, the organisers' account details are given to the right) **RSVP TERMS AND CONDITIONS** • Please ALWAYS be considerate to the organisers and other members! • When you RSVP "Yes", we book a spot on the pitch for you. The organiser is charged for the pitch unless he cancels it at least 48 hours before the game. • If a match is full when you try to RSVP "Yes", you can click the "Notify Me" button to receive an alert if a spot opens up. If this happens, the first new person to RSVP "Yes" will take the spot. • If you change your RSVP to "No" less than 48 hours before play and nobody is able to take your spot, you will be asked to pay the price as if you took part. BRINGING GUESTS: Please note than you are more than welcome to bring 1 or 2 guests to an event (but you must add "+1" or "+2" to your RSVP, so that we don't end up with too many players). Any guest wanting to take part in any subsequent event will be requested to register with the group.
