What we're about

Join one of the fastest growing leadership groups in the area! Collaborative peer coaching is the name of the game. You may find someone in this group that has the perfect experience to give you advice on a current project or, you may be the perfect person to help another member as well. The group works together collaboratively, to achieve more together. Be ready to give and receive constructive feedback on your recent progress on current and future goals—after all feedback is the breakfast of leaders!
Join us every week to celebrate each other’s weekly accomplishments and work through person leadership challenges. This group will remain open to new members until we have 15 dedicated members who have the weekly availability to be there for each other on Monday evenings. Once the group is filled, a waiting list will be started in preparation for the start-up of a clone to this meetup group.
We will come together to lean on each other and have confidential non-attribution trust-filled discussions. Other non-productive approaches to team building will not be tolerated in this group. Membership is free, as are all of our weekly meetings. We will not limit membership by industry, and we want you to feel welcome and a part of the group on your first visit. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!
What to bring: paper and pen (to capture the good advice shared) and a positive attitude!
Masterminds are incredible and can do wonders for your leadership as well as for you, personally. Growing in a group is not only more effective, it's quite a bit more fun! Come to our Monday night meeting ready to share one accomplishment from the week and one leadership challenge that you would like to work through with the group.

Executive Coaching Mastermind Peer & Student Group

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Univ

Engage with a new group of people every semester in our mastermind leadership seminar where high achievers and action-takers from the university and our community meet to create power and success through goal-setting. As stated in Napoleon Hill's 1937 book, Think & Grow Rich, "Most real failures are due to limitations which men set up in their own minds." This seminar will work to counter these perceived limitations. This seminar will take a heuristic approach to learning where we focus on Hill’s practical, understandable philosophy on achievement and the art of living where leaders work to apply Hill’s 13 steps to riches/success in life. Hill cautions that if financial gains are our only planned mark for success, we are overlooking 12 pivotal principles that will help you lead a richer life. Come to hear a presentation on the Napoleon Hill chapter/principle of the week starting at 5:30pm. Our mastermind session will follow the presentation. You may find someone in this group that has the perfect experience to give you advice on a current project or, you may be the perfect person to help another member as well.
