What we're about

This group for anyone interested in hiking, walking and cycling. In general, we are exploring different parts of Singapore, one step at a time. Some of the places we visiting are well known to hikers, while others are relatively unknown, but they are all gems.

We will be visiting urban parks, as well as the wild side of Singapore, which includes Nature Parks, Nature Reserves, Reservoirs, Urban Trails, Rural Trails, Remote Islands and many more.

If you like hiking and outdoor exercises, or you want to improve your stamina through hiking, this is the group for you. All skills levels are welcome.

Back by popular request, this is the famous Southern Ridges Trail. Comprising 10km of green, open spaces that connect Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, HortPark and Kent Ridge Park. MacRitchie Reservoir to Windsor Nature Park Hike

Windsor Nature Park is a green buffer for the Central Catchment Nature Reserve. Here, you can explore new trails including the Hanguana Trail and the Drongo Trail. Which is lined with rare native plants and a features a sub-canopy walk. Discover other highlights of Windsor Nature Park such as a marsh habitat and several freshwater streams by hiking on the restored trails and new boardwalks. Punggol Mrt Station Exit A

The recently opened Coney Island. 50 ha of forest, grasslands and mangroves. Rich in fauna and flora. And its unique coastal walkway. For people who like the sea, the wind and the wild. You need to know how to ride a bicycle for this event. We'll meet at Punggol MRT Exit A, 9:00am and take the LRT to Marina Country Club, where we rent our bicycles. Kallang Basin and Benjamin Sheares Bridge Walk

Kallang Basin refers to water body that gathers from Kallang River, Geylang River and Rocher River. It's notable for being the site of the Singapore Sports Hub. Surrounded by Marina and Tanjong Rhu Promenades, it's a relaxing area for exercising. Benjamin Sheares Bridge is the longest and tallest bridge in Singapore. The bridge was once the connection between Singapore's East and West Coast; and has a fantastic view over the Marina Bay. We'll be walking across this bridge, so you must not be afraid of heights for this walk. This is for people who wants to have a great view over the Garden by the Bay as well as a good morning exercise. We'll be meeting at Stadium MRT Exit A. Route . Stadium MRT .
