What we're about

This group for anyone interested in hiking, walking and cycling. In general, we are exploring different parts of Singapore, one step at a time. Some of the places we visiting are well known to hikers, while others are relatively unknown, but they are all gems.

We will be visiting urban parks, as well as the wild side of Singapore, which includes Nature Parks, Nature Reserves, Reservoirs, Urban Trails, Rural Trails, Remote Islands and many more.

If you like hiking and outdoor exercises, or you want to improve your stamina through hiking, this is the group for you. All skills levels are welcome.

PS: This is a Hiking Interest Group, not a business or dating group. No promotion of MLM, religion or other stuffs and no harassment of other members. Anyone found doing any these things, will be ban from the group. Thank you for your cooperation.

Singapore River to Chinatown Hike


Registration opens on 15 Jan 2022, 3:30pm.

PS: Please note that we must hike in group of 5 and observe the 1 m social distancing.

The Singapore River is a river that runs parallel to Alexandra Road and feeds into the Marina Reservoir in the southern part of Singapore. The 3.2-kilometre-long waterway has been the lifeline of Singapore for almost 200 years.

Chinatown is a subzone and ethnic enclave located within the Outram district in the Central Area of Singapore. Featuring distinctly Chinese cultural elements, Chinatown has had a historically concentrated ethnic Chinese population.

This hike is for anyone who wants a light exercise along the Singapore River and experience the Chinese New Year atmosphere at the end.

Stadium To The Jewel Changi Airport


Registration opens on 29 Jan 2022 at 8.30am.

PS: Please note that we cannot gather in group of more then 5 and we must obverse the 1 m social distancing.

If you are a fan of dinosaurs, check out the Jurassic Mile.

This park connector serves as a connection between East Coast Park and the Changi Airport. A pathway where you can walk or cycle; and admire the many different dinosaur species along the path.

Come join us to explore the East Coast Park, the Jurassic Mile and the Jewel Changi Airport. Three of Singapore's most iconic spots.

We'll be meeting at Stadium MRT Exit A.

Pulau Ubin Hike

Changi Point Ferry Terminal

Registration opens on 12 Feb 2022, 9:00am.

Pulau Ubin is situated just off the north-eastern corner of mainland Singapore. Transport back in time to 1960s Singapore as you embark to Pulau Ubin. This island is home to Singapore's last kampongs, the island still retains the rustic beauty and simplicity of a bygone era. This is for people who wants to see the old Singapore lifestyle, have some exercise and explore the island.

We'll be meeting at Changi Point Ferry Terminal.

How to get to Changi Point Ferry Terminal?
1. Take a train to Tampines East MRT
2. Exit at Exit B and proceed to the Bus Stop
3. Take Bus No 59 from the Bus Stop
4. Ride all the way to the end and drop at Changi Village Bus Terminal
5. Look for the street, Lor Bekukong beside the Bus Terminal
6. Walk along Lor Bekukong to Changi Point Ferry Terminal

Please bring along $8 for your To and From ferry fee.
