FIBI Pasadena has it's monthly meting on the 3rd Thursday to support our investors.
FIBI Pasadena Real estate (RE) focus on transformation and abundance for the newer investor. This meeting is specifically built to for the newer investor seeking to have a deep education across multiple topics and highlights cutting edge techniques in the RE investment markets. This meeting is the 3rd Thursday each month. Come see our speakers that range from leaders in our field like Neal Bawa, Kathy Fetty, Kaaren Hall and Grant Cordon to locals and students that are on the cutting edge of new niches in real estate.

FIBI (For Investors By Investors) is a group of professional real estate investors providing high quality real estate and business education with NO SELLING, pitch sessions or commercial affiliations. Rather, we focus on networking and education, We facilitate discussions amongst peers in a participatory, small group setting to help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and connect them experts in the field to expand your network.

Our objective is to match passive investors with capital, active investors with experience and new investors with a team while having an open discussion on various real estate topics. From residential real estate, deal analysis, market evaluation and creative financing to commercial properties, contracts, overall economic factors and lending, we try to get everyone's questions answered and point them in the right direction.
Whether new or seasoned, an active or a passive investor -- ALL are welcome!

Mike will dive into The Great California Equity Trap — how real estate investors can unlock trapped equity, create liquidity, and position for their next opportunity. He’ll walk attendees through how to tell whether their equity is actually performing, and introduce the concept of pre-planning liquidity — what he calls the investor’s best-kept secret. Mike will also cover strategies for unlocking equity in highly appreciated, underperforming properties, and break down 1031 and reverse 1031 strategies investors can use to defer taxes and reposition their portfolios.
