FIBI Pasadena has TWO meeting a month to support our investors.
FIBI Pasadena Real estate (RE) focus on transformation and abundance for the newer investor. This meeting is specifically built to for the newer investor seeking to have a deep education across multiple topics and highlights cutting edge techniques in the RE investment markets. This meeting is the 3rd Thursday each month.
FIBI Pasadena Multifamily (MF) is built to inspire transformation, personally and professionally while expanding your depth of knowledge in the multifamily market. Yes! you can leave your 9-5 job by using multifamily investing. This meeting is the 1st Wednesday of each month.
FIBI (For Investors By Investors) is a group of professional real estate investors providing high quality real estate and business education with NO SELLING, pitch sessions or commercial affiliations. Rather, we facilitate discussions amongst peers in a participatory, small group setting to help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and have their deals expertly analyzed.
Our objective is to match passive investors with capital, active investors with experience and new investors with a team while having an open discussion on various real estate topics. From residential real estate, deal analysis, market evaluation and creative financing to commercial properties, contracts, overall economic factors and lending, we try to get everyone's questions answered and point them in the right direction.
Whether new or seasoned, an active or a passive investor -- ALL are welcome!
FIBI Pasadena’s meetings are held at 7:00pm on the 1st Wednesday and 3rd Thursday of every month.

Ryan has been in the good and bad of what it means to invest in Mobile Home Parks. Elevation Capital with Ryan Smith and his wife Jamie Smith started as a small company and have grow to having owned or financed 20,000 units of mobile homes and storage units. With his deep history Ryan is going to walk us though the good and bad of Mobile Home Parks in this complex economic environment.
Ryan Smith bio:
Mr. Smith is the co-manager of multiple investment funds, which specialize in investing, both directly and indirectly, in mobile home parks and self-storage assets representing more than 20,000 units located in more than 25 states.
Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. An athlete, he was highly recruited for both baseball and basketball and was drafted as a senior in high school by the Baltimore Orioles, and again in college by the Anaheim Angels. Mr. Smith pursued his athletic talents by playing baseball throughout his college experience.
Mr. Smith currently serves on the board of Young Life College – UCF and is a member of the Advisory Board for the National Christian Foundation’s Orlando chapter. Mr. Smith lives in Orlando with his wife and four children.
