Are you a real estate investor, principal, developer, or someone who is interested in networking with others who are involved in real estate opportunities? Are you new to the real estate scene and have questions? Would you like to meet and share knowledge with fellow real estate investors in the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area?

FIBI (For Investors By Investors) is a group of professional real estate investors providing high quality real estate and business education with NO SELLING, pitch sessions or commercial affiliations. Rather, we facilitate round-table discussions amongst peers in a participatory, small group setting to help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and have their deals expertly analyzed.

Our objective is to match passive investors with capital, active investors with experience and new investors with a team while having an open discussion on various real estate topics. From residential real estate, deal analysis, market evaluation and creative financing to commercial properties, contracts, overall economic factors and lending, we try to get everyone's questions answered and point them in the right direction.

Whether new or seasoned, an active or a passive investor -- ALL are welcome!

Join other Pasadena-area real estate investors at our For Investors By Investors meeting (FIBI) held the third Thursday of each month

The Pasadena FIBI group provides an environment for active and informative peer discussions, expert presentations on relevant topics, and networking. All FIBI meetings support a NO SELLING policy, allowing investors--whether seasoned or beginner--to be free about sharing their real estate passions without sales pitches.

Each Pasadena Real Estate FIBI meeting includes organized networking intended to identify areas of interest and possible opportunity, industry experts presenting information and experience on a variety of relevant real estate topics, and open networking sessions to enhance the value of coming together to learn. Once a year we include an Economic Update and a review of Market Conditions. Our meetings are fun, engaging, and informative.

This months Speaker is Ryan Gibson who will be presenting on investing, self storage and development.

Ryan's Bio:

Ryan Gibson is the Chief Investment Officer and the Co-Founder of SIG. He has organized over $30M of private equity for Spartan’s projects. Ryan has experience managing the development of SIGs projects in challenging markets.

For SIG, Ryan is responsible for investor relations and capital raises for projects. Ryan is also a highly experienced commercial airline pilot. Ryan graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Advertising.

We are pleased to meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month (we will be dark in June and Dec) that we will be having this Subgroup. The focus will be specifically on Multifamily investing and all topics related to it. The meeting will have networking, deal analysis, an educational video and a Q&A with someone current and active in the field. If you always wanted to be own or do own Multifamily then this group is built for you. This meeting with be facilitated by both Christina Suter and Bronson Hill. (This does not replace our monthly meeting it is a secondary meeting.)
