This months speaker is Edmond Wu. He has been a real estate licensee since 2003 and a real estate Broker since 2007. He is currently an owner of Peak Real Estate Management Inc, a Los Angeles property management company and a general partner at Clever Development LLC, which focuses on infill development. He is also the manager of several small real estate syndicates that invest in residential income property, hotels, and development in southern California.
