Volunteers: FOSSASIA Summit Preparation and Pizza

FOSS Volunteers United! On Wednesday, 13th March, please join us for the volunteers gathering and venue set up day at the Lifelong Learning Institute. We will welcome exhibitors, setup tables and chairs and make it all beautiful for participants of the FOSSASIA Summit from all over the world.

Also we discuss last minute questions and show volunteers how to configure the venue light and sound. Plus we will show you how to check in attendees.

Volunteer photographers will start to document the work on the event.
