To provide a psychologically safe environment for women in IT and surrounding professionals to come together and share knowledge, ideas, tutorials and code.
Key principles:
- To host speakers and topics that would make any developer keen to attend and potentially contribute back to the collective
- To encourage open, honest discussion
We aim to connect females, and everyone who identify as female, in the industry in an effort to grow confidence, capability and lasting friendships.
