Lunchtime networking chat: Demystifying technology job titles

I'm sure you've all heard of the research that women are less likely to apply for jobs where they don't feel that they meet 100% of the criteria. And I think job titles are also part of this - women might be less likely to apply for (or even investigate) a role with a job title that they feel is a sizeable step from their current position.

So, in attempt to start demystifying this, let's begin this discussion by each stating our job title and what we actually do all day.
