Getting this out to you early this year because I want "Finding Joy In The Everyday's" Team to be HUGE for 2020!
One of the best ways to bring joy into one's life is through generosity. To give of oneself. To take the focus off self for others, for a cause.
"At the end of the day it's not about what you have or what you've accomplished...it's about who you've lifted up, who you've made better. It's about what you've given back." ~Denzel Washington
So! Let's be generous together once more! Generosity is a proven creator of joy in life. How? um....
1) it reduces stress 2)combats depression 3) prevents feelings of isolation 4) increases confidence 5) gives a sense of purpose and meaning 6) ignites passion 7) and it just plain and simple makes you happy inside and out just to name a few...believe me, I could go on.
I mean, seriously! This makes it even more of a must do especially since it will be the beginning of a new year! And a new year is always a time for renewal, new goals, and a fresh new outlook on how you want your life to look.
Oh, and did I mention this will be one heck of a workout as well!? Oh, yeeeeahh 70 floors of awesome! Generosity and an awesome new year's workout all in one! Two huge starting points for your new year's goals to a healthier you inside and out for 2020!
So...here is the scoop. 1) Registration has already begun! 2) Join the Finding Joy in the Everyday team, and climb those stairs with me once more! 3) Can't be there? Then donate to our team and be a virtual climber for a great cause.
