Forest bathing—basically just being in the presence of trees. I am a local Arborist and thoroughly love being in the presence of trees. Each outing will be a gentle walk at a local park to support well-being through sensory immersion in forests and other naturally healing environments.

Managing stress in urban forests is simple:

  1. Register now
  2. Arrive to the designated place ten minutes prior to the event wearing weather appropriate clothing, comfortable walking shoes, and bring a water bottle.
  3. Leave feeling relaxed, focused, and inspired.
