What we're about

Come and join us and enjoy the silence of true meditation as taught by the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. It is a simple technique that is suitable for everyone and all ages. The sessions run for 1 hour and each week we will introduce you to a different method to help you to attain this silence. If you can not switch off the noisy radio in you head this is a good group for you to join!

Hi Everyone, We're back in the Dickson Library every Wednesday from March 6th until the end of June, 12.30 pm until 1.30 pm. Do come and join us. In these sessions we will introduce you to a meditation that silences the busy mind. It was taught to us by the Founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. In the first session we will introduce you to the meditation and explain the subtle system within each of us. Each following week we will show you different techniques to help you to achieve this silence. Stress is a big factor in today's life. When the mind is silent the healing can begin, all mental, physical, emotional and spiritual problems can be resolved. All sessions are free and there is no need to bring anything. We will be sitting comfortably on chairs for the meditation. We look forward to seeing you. Best wishes Sarah
