This is our first, face to face class in the North of Canberra since the Covid 19 outbreak and it will be ongoing. These classes in Sahaja Yoga Meditation will teach you simple and effective techniques, which will help you to achieve the experience of inner silence. Build your skills at your own pace and journey towards a deeper understanding of your self. This is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and to experience a new awareness that you may not have know before 1. Suitable for beginners and regulars. Each session will consist of an introduction, led meditations, explanations of our subtle system and how self realisation is realised. It is simple and hopefully you will experience the peace and silence of true meditation. Lyn is our host and she will lead you through the session.
