Melissa teaches a mellow, yet challenging Hatha Flow for All Levels on the beach.
Hatha uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop mindful awareness, strength and flexibility in your practice and your life. Hatha conditions your body and mind to relax even when in challenging situations.
Bring a blanket or a yoga mat, and drink plenty of water before and after class.

Join me, Saam-na, for Free Yoga on the Beach online every Monday morning. It will be an honor and great happiness for me to guide you through your yoga practice. All levels of experience are welcome. Just bring a yoga mat and a blanket for underneath, maybe.

Class will be 45 minutes of fun playful movement and a 15-20 minute Yoga Nidra meditation. This class is accessible to all bodies and souls!
Never heard of Yoga Nidra😴? It's an effortless laying down meditation where you journey into the mind. Mystics call it "yogic sleep" where the body falls asleep and mind remains alert/aware. Where you sleep to awaken! 20 minutes of this practice equates to 2 hours of deep REM! WOW!
