NEW YEAR'S DAY - HOBO STEW SOCIAL & HIKES
Details
Join your fellow hikers for a morning of hiking followed by a lunch social starting around 12:00 PM at Shelter 5. If you don't want to hike, then come and eat.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE CHANGE TO THIS ANNUAL EVENT:
The Paris Mountain State Park Manager has requested GNHA to carpool into the park on this date because of capacity limitations with other events happening this date. This is a condition of our club's use of Shelters 5 and 6 this New Year's Day.
Therefore, Hike Leaders will form carpools at Greenville Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (GUUF) , 1135 State Park Road, Greenville, SC 29609 and depart at the hike times shown below.
Members coming for the meal and social only will meet at GUUF and form carpools among yourselves during the 10:00 to 11:15 time frame and travel to Shelter 5. Bud Slaker's group will handle carpooling during this timeframe.
State Park Admission fee required. Consider carpooling with drivers with an Annual State Park Pass.
