Introduction to: The Witcher RPG

I recently got the witcher RPG book at Gencon and would like to do a one shot set in the world of the witcher using this excellent book.

Set after the events of The Witcher 2 video game but before the start of 3 The Witcher Roleplaying game sets players into many classes and races and has them deal with everyday life in the continent. Nilfgaard is invading the North mages are being hunted and killed by the eternal flame and non-humans are being persecuted. you are just trying to get by, regardless of being a witcher, merchant, bard or Criminal trying to get by and make some coin in the process and stay alive.

The system is designed for every battle to feel dangerous and as such its not always your best option unless your ok with losing a eye or a leg, especially with dangerous monsters that lurk in the shadows or even in broad daylight.

We will make characters and play the game that day, no knowledge of the rules is needed. for the purposes of this game I will be limiting how many witchers can be in the game and will be first come first server. I also ask everyone to please try and arrive on time so that we can get started right away. Please do not create a character before hand as we will be doing this as a group if you are familiar with the rules.
