John Steddin of NorthBay Computer will discuss recent improvements in computer hardware during part one of the program. Items to be covered will include Intel’s 4th generation CPU’s, AMD offerings, SSD drives, hybrid drives, USB 3.0, new firmware (UEFI), improved onboard video and new connectors.
In part two, John will how to choose the right combination of hardware that is best for you. Using Dell’s online configurator he will configure a sample computer, discuss what the various options mean and how to choose the right ones for you.
