Some say that soft cheeses are easy and hard cheeses are hard, but in this class we will learn that's not necessarily so! We will start by making a delicious Italian hard cheese that uses simple ingredients, minimal equipment and only needs to age for 3 weeks! We will also cover several other hard cheese recipes including a delicious Colby and a Farmhouse Cheddar and you will learn how to wax a cheese wheel. As a special bonus, you will learn how to make a very simple cheese press out of completely free materials! Cost of $39 includes instruction, lots of delicious cheese samples and a recipe packet.
