Join us for an afternoon with Len Lingo the guru of compost at the Taxi Community Farm at the Taxi Development in River North. During this meet-up you will learn how to compost and see how easy it is for urban farmers to work with a local restaurant (Fuel Cafe) to turn table scraps into black gold. Plan ahead, Taxi is located right off the Platte River trail, so come by bike and stay for a refreshing beverage or deliciously prepared local food on the patio at Fuel.
