Co-Founder of Women Who Keynote, she has big ambitions to develop it into the biggest database of technical female speakers in the world.

• Karen Church (https://twitter.com/karenchurch) is a data science leader who loves building great teams and using data to uncover insights, drive decision making and inform product innovation. As Director of Product Analytics & Data Science at Intercom, Karen leads a team of product analysts, data engineers and data scientists across Dublin and London who help Intercom design, develop and measure the success of its products. Prior to Intercom she spent ~8 years in industrial research labs - Yahoo in the US and Telefonica in Spain - conducting a range of research at the intersection of mobile human-computer interaction (HCI) and data science. Karen is a huge advocate for women in technology and believes in the power of strong female role models. She founded HER+Data in Dublin, Ireland in May 2017, a community support, connect and elevate women in data. She is also Women in Data Science (WiDS) Ambassador Dublin.
