After having two successful Hardware 599 Meetups, it's time to have a big conference for hardwarians in the new year. LINK: Hardware Partners @ SV is just around the corner!
It will be hosted at Regency Center, San Francisco on Jan 13. The afternoon session will be composed by several keynotes and panel discussions by leading hardware entrepreneurs and investors. The evening session will be a special version of Hardware 599 Meetup with several hardware presentations/demos followed by a panel discussion about PR for crowdfunding.

Yu Sun, IEEE Robotics and Automation Society
Dr. Yu Sun is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Florida. He serves as a founding Co-Chair of the new Technical Committee on Robotic Hands, Grasping, and Manipulation of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (IEEE-RAS), co-chairs the IEEE-RAS Membership Services Committee, and sits on the IEEE-RAS Electronic Products and Services Board and the Member Activity Board.
Hans Tung, GGV Capital
Hans joined GGV Capital in 2013 as a Managing Partner to focus on mobile Internet, cross border ecommerce, online education, and gaming industry investments. Hans’ prior work experience spans venture capital, internet start-ups, and tech investment banking over 18 years. He led investments in or served on the boards of start-ups that have since become category leaders, including Xiaomi, Mafengwo Travel, Vancl.com, eHi Car Rental, Domob Mobile, 51fanli and Forgame.
Jenny Lee, GGV Capital
A Managing Partner at GGV Capital, Jenny joined the firm in 2005 and was instrumental in setting up the GGV presence in China. Jenny’s areas of focus are on Internet/Digital Media / Internet Finance / Shared economy / Education/ IOT companies. Jenny led GGV’s investments in hiSoft (NASDAQ: PACT), 21Vianet (NASDAQ: VNET), SinoSun (SHE: 300333), YY(NASDAQ: YY) and successfully helped them go public.

Emile Petrone is founder & CEO of Tindie (tindie.com), the marketplace for indie hardware. In two and a half years, Tindie has helped over 800 companies bring over 3,800 products to market. Emile is also on the board of the Open Source Hardware Association.
Joel Andren, PressFriendly
Joel Andren is co-founder and CEO of the PR automation company PressFriendly. Previously, he was co-founder of Bitcasa which was a TechCrunch Battlefield finalist and worked at numerous early-stage startups. Prior to founding PressFriendly, Joel was head of marketing for YCombinator company HelloSign. Joel's interest in PR began when he first interned at a Seattle PR agency in 2000 and his current obsession is on fixing what he considers to be a technology deficit in the PR space.
Julianna He, Lepow
Julianna is COO of Lepow and manages the marketing and operations of Lepow. Lepow is a design and tech lifestyle company that creates fun, beautiful, and unique everyday gadgets. She previously was Marketing Director for Lepow in Shenzhen. She moved to Silicon Valley in 2014 to set up Lepow's U.S. branch.

Neil Banerjee, Braigo Labs Inc.
Neil Banerjee is a member of the board of Directors/Mentor and Coach at Braigo Labs Inc. , he is the father of Shubham Banerjee the founder of Braigo Labs and the inventor of Braigo. At the age of 12 , Shubham became the youngest entrepreneur to receive Venture Capital funding to bring Braigo to the market. He has been at ground zero and up all the way with Shubham.
