Come enjoy yummy snacks and bevs and hear fascinating talks by these kickass engineers.

Moheeb Zara - [Space] How we started a Decentralized Space Agency
Radu Motisan - [Earth] From DIY to the first 100

WATCH LIVE STREAM - http://bit.ly/2NSERFM

By training, Radu is a software engineer with a Masters in computer science. By hobby, Radu is a chemist, physicist and electronics amateur. By heart, Radu is the man that will use the best of his skills to build technology that matters - that has an impact on other people's lives.

Radu's talk will walk you through an exciting story of how a hobby construction was scaled and put into production in the far east, without ever going there. It all started with a device that had to be distributed to a large number of users. Time was too limited to do everything in-house, and so was the budget. Better solutions had to be found.

Moheeb Zara is a software developer and evangelist at Hologram.io with a background in robotics and hardware hacking. He served on the board for HeatSync Labs, a hackerspace in Mesa,AZ and is a co-founder of Southwest Maker Fest and ASAN, the Autonomous Space Agency Network.

Moheeb's talk will discuss space research! He says: Do you feel like you aren’t prestigious enough to be part of a respectable and established Space Agency? Your chance to join a community of like-minded outsiders pushing the boundaries of DIY space has landed! Join me as I talk about the birth of The Autonomous Space Agency network, a decentralized Space Agency! It all starts with the “first protest in space”.

After the talks, there will be demos, community announcements, and socializing. If you'd like to give a 2 minute demo/ community announcement, please see the organizers when you arrive to get set up.

A community announcement includes looking for a project partner, a job, offering a project/ job, the announcement of your startup launch, your Crowdfunding pitch, etc.

We're looking forward to seeing you Thursday, September 13th, at 6:30pm!
