Stay-At-Home Hatha flow Live Stream
The Hatha/Slow Flow yoga ritual provides a unique sequencing to promote an easy and medium-paced, and at the same time relaxing experience. The class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – breath, awareness and postures, while challenging your coordination through movement.
This class includes some breathing exercises (great for the lungs and the respiratory system), a short slow gentle asana (postures) part, and a guided meditation at the end.

Props: a yoga mat or a rug, a blanket, a pillow, maybe a candle or dim light to create coziness.
Streaming app: The classes have been streamed online via Google Meet (a free Google-based app, desktop version also available). You will receive an invitation link via e-mail or a message, once your booking is confirmed.

Single class Online (live)/Losse les Online (live): €12,00
All prices include VAT. The payments could be made via bank transfer, or iDeal.
Doors open/Stream starts 5-10 min before the class.
