The Hoboken Women’s Circle invites you to explore yourself as you are today, reflect on your journey, and connect with like-minded women who honor your presence. Almost like emotional yoga, come to stretch your inner self, set intentions, and get in touch with what it truly means to be you. When you share your story, it becomes your power- and it empowers others to do the same.
Through breathwork and meditation, mindful discussion and conversation, journaling and self-exploration, we bring awareness and peace to thoughts and feelings that you don’t always have time to acknowledge or deal with during your busy life. We leave the circle with a new sense of rejuvenation, strength, and girlfriends!
We will also take time halfway through the circle to enjoy some healthy -and tasty- snacks.
