We connect health-conscious, curious, open-minded, engaged individuals who embrace a healthy holistic lifestyle.

Holistic health revolves around interrelated aspects of mind, body, spirit, and emotions; it is best supported by integrative-care approaches with a focus on lifestyle, functional, and complementary/alternative medicine.

The goals of this group are to share information on critical health-related topics, to raise awareness of today’s wide-ranging options for optimizing health and well-being, and to explore innovative holistic-health solutions through personal experience and practice in a community setting.

We aim to empower and equip individuals to be their own proactive health advocates and tap into both local and global resources.

Whether you are fortunate to call the Pikes Peak region home or are just visiting the area, join us for an upcoming Meetup! We offer experiential workshops, health education, healthy-cooking classes, specialized yoga workshops/retreats, community events, and more.

Parts Dance Party - Awareness, Healing, and Joy in Movement

Needs a location

All parts of you are welcome to show up and dance your boot-ays off with our virtual community via Zoom.

This is a trauma-informed dance party! We'll focus on connecting to Self with awareness, breath, music, and movement...in community.🥰

This 60-75 minute long class offers the playful experience of being with any and all parts of you. We take time to individually notice, and give expression to, whatever is going on inside of ourselves. Experience the release of any old or stagnant energy, and experience the joy and healing possible with deep embodiment!

About this class:
💃🕺 I've taken all of my favorite practices from all of my personal and professional experience in health and healing: dance, yoga, breath work, energy work, chakra work, meditation, trauma healing, and more, to create this trauma-informed, dance community.

💃🕺 A new routine and unique music playlist, including a variety of musical genres, is created each month.

💃🕺 Each class ends with a guided mediation in savasana (final relaxation.)

💃🕺 You'll receive lots of opportunity for free expression along with some occasional simple, guided choreography. NO experience necessary, and everything in the class is optional. This is YOUR practice. Feel free to share this event!

💃🕺 Please prepare for this class by creating a sacred space for yourself to move in. Light a candle, burn some sage, use essential oils, etc. - whatever feels yummy!

💃🕺 Good hydration is a must, so bring your water bottle! Dancing barefoot is encouraged for grounding through the feet.

💃🕺 Wear comfortable clothing for movement - maybe that favorite flowing skirt or funky leggings. Wear what feels good to be, and move in!

💃🕺 Also, you might want to grab a yoga mat if you have one, for our ending savasana (final relaxation lying on your back.)

Otherwise, just come as you are! No special outfit or equipment needed!

IFS Introduction - Loving All Parts of You Meditation

Needs a location

This monthly offering is an introduction to the powerful modality of Internal Family Systems (IFS). This event starts with an intro and some grounding energy and breath work, leading into a 10-15 min guided meditation where we'll play with connecting to all parts of ourselves. There will be time after the meditation for discussion. This practice builds a greater sense of trust with Self, helping us to find more compassion for all parts of ourselves, and helps to create a deeper sense of ease in the body.

Take this time for yourself…for self- care and self-love! ALL parts of you are welcome in this practice!
