Holistic health revolves around interrelated aspects of mind, body, spirit, and emotions; it is best supported by integrative-care approaches with a focus on lifestyle, functional, and complementary/alternative medicine.

The goals of this group are to share information on critical health-related topics, to raise awareness of today’s wide-ranging options for optimizing health and well-being, and to explore innovative holistic-health solutions through personal experience and practice in a community setting.

We aim to empower and equip individuals to be their own proactive health advocates and tap into both local and global resources.

IFS Introduction - Loving All Parts of You Meditation

This monthly offering is an introduction to the powerful modality of Internal Family Systems (IFS). This event starts with an intro and some grounding energy and breath work, leading into a 10-15 min guided meditation where we'll play with connecting to all parts of ourselves. There will be time after the meditation for discussion. This practice builds a greater sense of trust with Self, helping us to find more compassion for all parts of ourselves, and helps to create a deeper sense of ease in the body.

Take this time for yourself…for self- care and self-love! ALL parts of you are welcome in this practice!

**In Person** Self-love Dance Party - Self-acceptance. Healing. Play.

Woohoo! I'm so excited to dance in person with all of you beautiful souls!

As, holistic healing facilitator, and yoga and dance instructor, I've combined many of my favorite practices from my personal and professional experiences in health and healing to create this trauma-informed, dance community. Within this dance experience you'll find yoga, breath work, energy work, chakra work, meditation, trauma healing, and more,

It's a healing dance party!

This 75-minute class offers a playful experience of connecting to yourself. We take time to individually notice and give expression to every part of you. Experience the release of any old and stagnant energy through intention and movement. And experience the joy and the healing possible from deep embodiment with this Self-love Dance Party!

💃🕺 You'll receive lots of opportunity for free expression along with some occasional simple, guided choreography. NO experience necessary, and everything in the class is optional. This is YOUR practice.

💃🕺 Wear comfortable clothing for movement - maybe that favorite flowing skirt or funky leggings. Maybe it’s sweats. Wear whatever feels good for you to move in!

What to bring: your water bottle for hydration, a mat for the guided mediation in reclined savasana (final relaxation), and something to journal any ahas or takeaways you've received during your experience.

❤️ Please note, if you’re not fulling feeling up to dancing on your feet, chair dancing is 100% legit!

Releasing Stress From the Body - Quick AIT

What sucks for you right now?!
This is a monthly hands-on event, so you’ll be able to find some relief around that sucky issue that’s causing you stress!

Research shows that group healing in powerful. Although each participant will be working on their own issue while in this group event, everyone’s privacy will be honored. After the initial presentation, I'll invite all participants to turn their camera off and mute themselves for privacy while doing their own work.

What’ll it look like?
You’ll learn a powerful method of energy psychology, Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), used to release stress/blocks/trauma from your body. Working with energy centers in the body, I’ll guide you in releasing an emotional or energetic block, or limiting belief that’s been stuck or stored in your body/being. Take this time for your self-care, and learn some amazing healing tools that bring more healing and joy to your life.
