What we're about
The Holotropic Breathwork Circle is for anyone interested in personal transformation and self-exploration in a safe and non-judgmental setting. Developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof, holotropic breathwork sessions are gentle journeys through the realms of the human unconscious.
Holotropic breathwork evenings are offered (nearly) every Sunday evening at 1996 Union Street 300 E, San Francisco, CA 94123 from 7 pm to 10 pm. Please RSVP as space is limited.
