This year, the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk is allowing us to photograph anywhere in Houston, at any time during the day. You aren't restricted to meeting in a group. So they've given us a LOT of flexibility!

I encourage everyone to participate, even though it will not be in a group.

If you would like to meet in a small group -- and you are comfortable with social distancing and wearing a face mask -- and the location you will be visiting is outdoors -- you are welcome to post a comment below, listing the location and what time you will be there. This will let folks know you are interested in having others join you.

Posting your plans in a comment indicates you commit to being at that location/time, and that you will be adhering to safety procedures that we are currently required to follow.

To prevent email flooding, please direct questions to me via private message rather than comments.

PLEASE NOTE: If someone posts an invite and you would like to join them, please respect the safety restrictions we are currently required to follow.

I completely understand that many of us may not believe that masks are important, but this isn't the venue to argue about that. We want everyone to feel welcomed, and that means we will all need to social distance and correctly wear a mask.

By next year, we'll have another big Downtown at Night event. But this year we won't be a "super spreader event". Let's not find ourselves in the newspaper. :)
