HCCO Summer Potluck
Date: Sunday, July 26th, 2015 Time: 11am-3pm
Location: Dogwood Shelter House at Blendon Woods 4265 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Westerville, OH 43081
Directions: Dogwood Shelter house is located in Westerville, along 161 just east outside of I270. Exit to the right on Little Turtle Way and then turn right on Cherry Bottom. The Metro Park Entrance will be on your left. Follow the main road of the park to the left and around, look for the Dogwood area on your right. Look for the HCCO Sign.

Who Should Come: Everyone! We have a shelter reserved and plenty of tables! Feel free to bring family & friends! This is the perfect opportunity to meet others, make new friends, and have fun at a laid back summer gathering!
We provide: beverages, ice, condiments, and shelterhouse.
What You Should Bring:
A dish to share:
Last name beginning with
A-H bring a main dish
I-R bring a side dish
S-Z a dessert.
· Your own reusable place setting
· Any outdoor games or table games to share.
Who do we RSVP to? RSVP the number of people (with kids ages) attending by August 8 to our Meetup event (https://www.meetup.com/HumanistOhio/events/222033724/) or by email to coordinator@hcco.org .
Cost: Nothing, you can help us pay for the picnic in one of two ways:

If you’ve already joined or would like to just donate, you can donate directly through Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/HumanistOhio/events/222033724/). Suggested donations start at $5, but we’re happy to accept more.
Activities/Entertainment:
The shelter house is located in a local metro park with hiking/biking trails and lots of beautiful outdoor area to socialize and play in.
We’ll provide a table with some interactive activities for kids and games.
Volunteering:
We’ll need some help with this party. We’ll need assistance with the following: setup and teardown. Email Rose at coordinator@hcco.org to volunteer.
Food Drive:
Please bring non-perishable goods to demonstrate Humanist values within our community. All collected food will be given to a local food pantry to help alleviate hunger in our area.
Pets:
Pets are welcome on the Goldenrod trail, which is somewhat close to our shelter house. Please make sure to keep your pet leashed at all times and to clean up after any messes it may make
