As we move into February, the month of Lovers, Hearts and Valentines, we begin to explore the capacity of the human heart. The heart knows how to love, to ache, to feel, and it also has the power to heal. We have the power to direct our heart to “Be More Loving” and with practice, more loving becomes the simple path to enlightenment!
Enlightened Heart gladly welcomes Mark Turnbull as our musical inspiration. The best way to listen to Mark Turnbull is with your heart. Words can deceive. His don't. Mark is songwriter, virtuoso guitarist, actor, and poet.
Our Practitioner is Steve Factor, ALSP. He will engage us in our affirmations, expand us in our Purpose statement and will anchor us in prayer. Steve will also be available for affirmative prayer after service!

Physical Benefits of Meditation
